An established provider of management training and MBA education, AIM focuses its attention on helping organisations and their people grow through the development of soft skills, celebrating the uniquely human traits which promise to give the leaders of tomorrow their edge.
We were engaged to develop a dynamic new brand strategy and identity for AIM. The new approach needed to be holistic – taking into account everyone from online edutainment brands through to institutional educators such as universities.
If AIM were seen to be an authority to future leaders, it must behave as one. So, we developed an ambitious brand idea, ‘Seize the Future’, underpinned by leadership brand values to drive the organisation forward. The heritage logo held strong equity, requiring some minor tweaks. Around it we built a future-focused suite of brand elements, including data-driven motion graphics. Confident colour and typography rounded out a communications system built for digital.
