Positioned on the edge of the North Ryde and Epping growth corridor, The Malton, by Central Element, is a limited collection of quality heritage, garden homes and unique penthouse style apartments for over 55’s set in a leafy, tranquil and easily accessible spot in Beecroft.


With charming heritage architecture retained in its exterior and modern, elegant interiors by PBD architects warming up the interiors – we were tasked with creating a brand for The Malton that would strike a perfect balance between classic charm and contemporary luxury.


Our campaign was designed to showcase these residences as a rare chance to secure an authentic piece of Beecroft’s enviable lifestyle. We amplified the sympathetic, heritage exterior as well the high-quality, modern interiors – positioning this collection of residences as the most beautiful balance of old and new. Our design language and messaging paid homage to both the natural setting and historic architecture – and highlighted the development as a place to be inspired by the past, enjoy the now and look forward to the future.
