Objective

Create four distinct standalone brands underneath the one umbrella group.

Campaign

With a major rebrand from the mothership of McDonald Jones Homes underway, activity ramped up in the other sub-brands. MOJO Homes, the cheeky younger brother of MJH in NSW, required a new strategy and creative solution to attract a much younger demographic. Wilson Homes in Tasmania was rebranded. Brighton Homes, a challenger to more established locals in that market, was launched in Queensland.

Results

The McDonald Jones Homes Group has seen unprecedented growth across the entire group in almost two years of sector decline.
