Mid-Senior Designer/Art Director

Our Sydney team is seeking an epic mid-senior creative with a rare mix of talents – a conceptual thinker just as versed in art direction, cracking ideas and campaign development as they are in crafting beautiful brands and immersing themselves in design. If you hate that most agencies force you to pick a side, you’ve just found your people. We’re winning big business by bringing advertising and design specialists together.

Enigma’s Sydney office is our branding HQ, but it’s also home to our highly awarded Executive Creative Directors, the Spotify creative account, and big plans for growing our advertising and brand roster. This role would have you working with the ECDs and Spotify’s writing team to develop and execute content and campaign ideas, and work with the Creative Director of Brand and our strategy teams across significant branding, retail and design projects.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience, an obsession with trends, culture and social platforms, and a passion for putting exceptional, challenging thinking out into the world. Non-agency career paths are welcomed.

The role requires the successful applicant to:

  • Develop and confidently sell ideas with writing teams in a fast-paced environment (Spotify waits for no one)
  • Art direct campaigns from concept to completion across ATL and digital channels
  • Develop brand identity territories and concepts underpinned by a clear idea
  • Develop flexible and dynamic brand systems and guidelines
  • Work comfortably across a diverse client and industry mix
  • Work brilliantly with others, and present confidently to clients

If you’re frustrated in your current role and want a place that lets your true mix of talents flourish, we’re in a hurry to meet you.
