Following some great client wins, Enigma is seeking a confident and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our growing Surry Hills office and be part of a bigger team of 80 that extends to Newcastle and Brisbane. We’re an agency with it all in-house - creative, strategy, brand, media, studio, PR, events and production. Our Sydney office is a hybrid of advertising and branding teams that come together to create beautiful, idea-led work for a diverse client base that includes everything from global music streaming brands to trusted building companies and major retail groups.
This role will be instrumental in nurturing the relationships and growth of our advertising clients. You’ll have a proven track record in agency life over the past 6-8 years spanning all aspects of the creative mix, including TVC production and roll-out against media plans. You’ll be a part of a fast-performing, close-knit team. We require someone to get it, own it and run with it.
Being responsible for the day-to-day running of your accounts, the successful candidate will be proficient in:
- Building and maintaining excellent relationships with our longstanding clients; adding value to their projects, and contributing to innovative ideas
- Overseeing and directing your clients’ projects, from inception to delivery, ensuring the highest levels of quality and flawless execution
- Financial management of all projects within BCC and working with the extended team on forecasting and budgeting
- Contributing to company growth through organic business development
- Work with the creative, production, studio and media team to develop concepts for the project and ensure integration and production feasibility
- Living and breathing their clients’ business, constantly thinking of ideas and ways to help them grow
- A strategic mind and understanding of the business environment would be essential. You are keen to progress quickly up the ladder to Account Director/Group Account Director level
