This newly created full-time position is based in our busy Surry Hills studio. The role works closely with our Creative Producer and Executive Creative Director team on a day-to-day basis managing a busy team of creatives, writers and designers over 2 locations in Sydney and Newcastle.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years experience in a similar role within an agency or production house environment. You will possess a sound understanding of basic advertising agency or production studio operations with an incredible ability to manage a busy and intense working environment with good humour and maturity.

The role requires the successful applicant to:

  • Schedule and allocate creative resources within an online workflow system.
  • Manage projects and deadlines in a timely manner with clear communication skills.
  • Interact with account service teams, creative teams, design teams and digital production suppliers.
  • Assist the Creative Producer with other daily tasks as required to meet the needs of the agency.
